1. Administrative sources have the right to receive official statistical information in accordance with Article 26 of this Law.

2. Akims of a settlement, village, or rural district are required to keep household records in accordance with the statistical methodology approved by the authorized body, organize registration records in accordance with the form approved by the authorized body, and ensure the reliability of household records.

3. Administrative sources are required to:

1) apply national background information;

2) approve, in agreement with the authorized body, the forms intended for the collection of administrative data;

2-1) approve methods for calculating indicators based on scientific methods and approaches in coordination with the authorized body and publish them on their Internet resources.;

2-2) to review the published statistical information generated by administrative sources in the event of a change in methodology and, based on updated, documented information, to publish change histories.;

3) submit administrative data to the authorized body free of charge in accordance with the procedure and time limits established by the authorized body;

4) ensure the quality of administrative data in accordance with data management requirements.

4. The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall provide the authorized body with administrative data, with the exception of information constituting a banking secret.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 19, 2010 No. 257-IV.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of state statistical activity, as well as in determining the quality of administrative data, and is aimed at meeting the needs of society, the State and the international community for official statistical information.
