1. Biofuels are stored in specially designated storage facilities that meet safety requirements in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Safety requirements for biofuel storage, depending on the risks, are established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of technical regulation.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 15, 2010 No. 351-IV.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of biofuel production and turnover.
