1. The sale and transportation of seed lots are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Batches of seeds may be packed (packed) or not packed (in bulk) during their sale and transportation.

3. When selling and transporting batches of seeds in a packed state, their containers and packaging must have labels of the prescribed shapes.

4. The sale and transportation of original and elite seeds is allowed only in the packed state.

5. When selling and transporting seeds in an unloaded state (in bulk), it is required to issue accompanying documents for these batches of seeds, indicating information about the name of the variety of each batch of seeds, the origin and quality of the seeds.

6. Batches of seeds treated with chemical and biological preparations must be in a packed state. The packaging and packaging of these seeds should have appropriate labels defining the procedure for handling such seeds and containing information about possible negative impacts on human health and the environment.

7. When selling and transporting batches of seeds, it is prohibited to indicate on containers and packages, labels and accompanying documents information that is not true about the name of the variety, origin and quality of seeds, as well as to spread deliberately false advertising about batches of seeds in the media.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 8, 2003 No. 385.

This Law defines the legal, economic and organizational bases for carrying out activities in the field of seed production and is aimed at regulating the organization and functioning of the seed production system and state control over the production, harvesting, processing, storage, transportation, sale and use of seeds of agricultural plants.
