The procedure for the establishment, organizational and legal forms and tasks of specialized organizations are determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2005 No. 66.

This Law defines the legal, organizational, economic and social foundations for the implementation of state regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
