1. A permanent arbitration court shall keep a register of its arbitrators. Information about the permanent arbitration court, including its legal address and rules of procedure, as well as the register of arbitrators, are posted in the media, including on Internet resources, for free review by individuals and legal entities. Information on arbitral awards is posted with the consent of the parties to the dispute.

2. A permanent arbitration court shall keep files on the disputes considered in accordance with the procedure established by its rules of procedure.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the course of arbitration activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the procedure and conditions for the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards in Kazakhstan.
