Article 16. The procedure for the enactment of this Constitutional Law The Constitutional Law on State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. This Constitutional Law shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days from the date of its official publication.

     2. To invalidate the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 24, 1996 "On State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (Gazette of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996, No. 1, Article 178; 1997, No. 12, Article 193; 2006, No. 1, Article 1).
