Article 16. The procedure for the enactment of this Law, the Law on Official Development Assistance

     This Law shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 10, 2014 No. 263-V SAM.

     This Law regulates the legal relations related to the provision of official development assistance to States cooperating with the Republic of Kazakhstan.
