1. The provision of pasture pastures located on the territory of one region for the long-term use of another region is carried out by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the proposal of the authorized body.

2. The provision of pasture pastures located on the territory of one district (except for urban areas), a city of regional significance, for long-term use to another district (except for urban areas), a city of regional significance is carried out by the local executive body of the region at the suggestion of the local executive body of the district (except for urban areas), a city of regional significance.

3. Driving pastures, with the exception of the pastures specified in paragraph 4 of Article 15 of this Law, are provided to individuals and (or) legal entities in accordance with the procedure established by Article 43-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The inclusion of paddock pastures in the list of land plots put up for tender for granting the right to temporary paid land use (lease) for farming, agricultural production, is carried out taking into account the Plan for the management of pastures and their use.

4. Pasture users who graze farm animals on paddock pastures have the right to equal access to natural reservoirs and irrigation facilities built at the expense of budgetary funds.

This Law regulates public relations related to the rational use of pastures and is aimed at preventing the degradation of pastures and improving the condition of pasture infrastructure facilities.
