1. In order to streamline the organization of volunteer activities, a Register of volunteer activities is maintained.

2. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/04/2022 No. 134-VII (effective sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

3. Information about volunteer activities is publicly available.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2016 No. 42-VI SAM.

This Law establishes the legal basis, goals and objectives, principles, forms and types, as well as measures to support volunteer activities.
