Article 17-1. Certification of electronic cards for electronic (digital) tachographs The Law on Motor Transport

     The certification of electronic cards for electronic (digital) tachographs is carried out by the certification center using the digital certificate of the main certification center of the European Commission in accordance with the international agreement of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2003 No. 476.

      This Law regulates the relations that arise between carriers, passengers, shippers, consignees, and other individuals and legal entities in the field of road transport.
