Actions are not recognized as a violation of the right of the patent holder in relation to the use of a selection achievement.:

1) committed for personal and non-commercial purposes;

2) committed for experimental purposes;

3) on the use of breeding achievements as a source material for breeding other varieties and breeds, with the exception of the cases provided for in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 14 of this Law.;

4) to use breeding achievements for their own needs without the right to sell for seed purposes.
