Article 17. Appeal against refusal to issue a license Article of the Law On State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol and Alcoholic Products  

     1. If the license is not issued within the time period established by this Law or the refusal appears to the applicant to be unjustified, he has the right to appeal these actions within one month in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. The court, having established the fact of unjustified refusal or non-issuance of a license within the prescribed time, issues a decision obliging the licensor to issue a license, which must be executed by the licensor within ten days from the date of entry into force of the court decision.      

 

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 16, 1999 No. 429.

      This Law regulates relations arising in the process of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products, state regulation and implementation of activities of subjects of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products.
