1. The organs of the company are:

1) the highest body is the general meeting of the company's members;

2) executive body - a collegial body (management board) or a person solely exercising the functions of the executive body (chairman);

3) the control body is the Internal audit service.

2. The Articles of Association of the company may provide for the establishment of other organs of the company.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2006 No. 163.

This Law regulates public relations related to the implementation of mutual insurance and establishes the legal basis for the activities of mutual insurance companies.
