Article 17. Confirmation of compliance The Law on Motor Transport

      1. Conformity assessment of motor vehicles, equipment for motor transport purposes, and their life cycle processes in the field of motor transport is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

      2. A document in the field of conformity assessment issued by a foreign state is recognized in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2003 No. 476.

      This Law regulates the relations that arise between carriers, passengers, shippers, consignees, and other individuals and legal entities in the field of road transport.
