1. Measures of state stimulation of aquaculture are provided to subjects of aquaculture, subjects ensuring the development of aquaculture, and are determined in accordance with this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Government incentives for aquaculture include:

1) subsidizing aquaculture;

2) lending and insurance of aquaculture in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas";

3) special tax regime and other tax benefits provided for by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget" (Tax Code);

4) provision of engineering and communication infrastructure;

5) non-financial support in accordance with the Business Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

6) other measures determined by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
