1. The National Guard is staffed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Military Service and the status of military personnel", as well as through conscription on an extraterritorial basis.

2. Citizens who have entered military service in the National Guard shall take the military oath in accordance with the procedure established by the general military regulations of the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations in the sphere of activity of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
