1. The minimum social standard "The amount of the subsistence minimum" contains the standard of the minimum subsistence level, determined and established annually, taking into account the projected inflation rate, by the law on the republican budget for the relevant financial year, and is the basis for establishing:

1) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2018 No. 203-VI (effective from 01.01.2019);

2) state basic pension payment;

3) state social benefits for disability and loss of breadwinner.

2. The procedure for calculating the minimum subsistence level is approved jointly by the authorized bodies in the field of social protection of the population and in the field of state statistics.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 2015 No. 314-V SAM.

This Law regulates social relations arising in the system of minimum social standards.
