Article 17. National Anti-Corruption Report of the Anti-Corruption Law
1. The National Anti–Corruption Report is a document containing an analysis and assessment of the state and trends of corruption at the international and national levels, as well as proposals for the formation, implementation and improvement of anti-corruption policy.
2. The Authorized Body for Combating Corruption annually forms a National Report on Combating Corruption and submits it to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. The national Anti-Corruption Report is formed on the basis of the results of the work of the authorized anti-corruption body and the activities of state bodies, individuals and legal entities on anti-corruption issues.
4. The procedure for preparing, submitting and publishing the National Anti-Corruption Report to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is approved by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of combating corruption and is aimed at implementing the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
