1. Legal entities may provide means for the development of physical culture for the health improvement of employees and create conditions for individuals to exercise the right to engage in physical culture and sports.

2. The creation of a material base, its use, financing, and provision of specialists for the organization of individual and collective physical education and sports activities for employees and their family members are determined by collective agreements and (or) a decision of the governing body of a legal entity and (or) an individual entrepreneur.

3. Departmental physical culture and sports societies may be established in labor collectives on a voluntary basis and on an industry-specific basis, uniting individuals for sports.

4. The organizational and legal form of companies and the procedure for their activities are determined in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2014 No. 228-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of physical culture and sports, defines the legal, organizational, economic and social foundations for ensuring the activities and development of mass physical culture, amateur and professional sports in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
