1. Professional teacher training is carried out in educational organizations that implement educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary, higher and (or) postgraduate education.

2. Educational programs for the professional training of teachers are developed based on the requirements of the teacher's professional standard.

This Law defines the status of a teacher, establishes the rights, social guarantees and restrictions, duties and responsibilities of a teacher.
