1. Information disclosing information about individuals (personal data), with the exception of data identifying the copyright holder (surname, first name, patronymic (if it is indicated in the identity document) and date of birth of the individual), may not be provided.

2. Copies of documents in the registration file of the legal cadastre are submitted upon reasoned requests from judicial, law enforcement and other state bodies in accordance with their competence established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, temporary, bankrupt and rehabilitation managers within the framework of rehabilitation and bankruptcy procedures, the liquidation commission (liquidator) of the forcibly liquidated legal entity, as well as bailiffs within their competence established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in cases of enforcement proceedings pending before them, a copy of the enforcement document is attached, stamped by a private bailiff or a territorial department. The specified information is provided to other persons with the written consent of the copyright holder.

3. Information on a specific object of immovable property and generalized data on the rights (encumbrances of rights) of an individual or legal entity to real estate objects in his possession, certified by the registering authority, are issued at the request of the rightholder (authorized representative) and motivated requests.:

1) lawyers;

2) law enforcement and judicial authorities, in criminal, civil, and administrative cases in accordance with their competence established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.;

3) bailiffs on enforcement documents in production in accordance with their competence established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) state revenue bodies and other state bodies in accordance with their competence established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4-1) a housing construction savings bank with the status of a national development institute, in compliance with the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and their protection;

5) notaries, heirs;

6) temporary, bankrupt and rehabilitation managers in the framework of rehabilitation and bankruptcy procedures, the liquidation commission (liquidator) of the forcibly liquidated legal entity;

6-1) financial managers in the framework of procedures for restoring solvency or judicial bankruptcy of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

7) guardianship and guardianship authorities;

8) other persons with the written consent of the copyright holder, unless otherwise provided for in paragraphs 3-1 and 3-2 of this Article.

3-1. Information from the legal cadastre on the registered encumbrance of the right to immovable property is issued at the request of individuals and legal entities.

3-2. Information from the legal cadastre on the registered rights (encumbrances of rights) of legal entities and registered encumbrances on immovable property, legal claims to an object of immovable property is issued to any person on the basis of a request.

3-3. The persons specified in paragraph 3 of this Article have the right to receive information on a specific object of immovable property and generalized data on the rights (encumbrances of rights) of an individual or legal entity to real estate objects owned by him through integration with the information system of the legal cadastre or on the web portal of the "electronic government" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. Kazakhstan.

4. Copies of the documents contained in the registration file of the legal cadastre must be provided by the registering authority no later than three working days from the date of submitting the request for information.

5. The procedure for providing information from the legal cadastre is determined by the authorized body.
