Article 17. Publisher of mass media The Law on Mass Media

     1. The publisher of a mass media outlet is a natural or legal person who provides logistical support for the production of mass media products.

     2. If the owner is not simultaneously the publisher of the mass media, then the rights, duties and responsibilities of the owner and publisher of the mass media are determined by a separate agreement.

     This Law regulates public relations in the field of mass media, establishes their legal basis and is aimed at ensuring the constitutional right to freedom of speech and creativity.
