1. Recognition centers include legal entities that have been accredited in accordance with the procedure established by this Law or the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on accreditation in the field of conformity assessment.

The accreditation of recognition centers in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on accreditation in the field of conformity assessment is carried out by the accreditation body.

2. The Recognition Center is obliged to:

1) register on the digital platform of the National Qualifications System and publish information about its structure and activities, the cost of professional qualifications recognition services;

2) ensure that candidates are provided with information on the procedure for the recognition of professional qualifications, a list of documents required for the recognition of professional qualifications, including by posting them on their Internet resources, including the terms and conditions for conducting and (or) retaking the exam or exams;

3) comply with the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of occupational safety and health, fire and industrial safety, sanitary and hygienic standards in the process of recognizing professional qualifications and respond immediately in case of violation of these requirements;

4) develop and approve qualification programs in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body;

5) to submit information on the results of the candidates' professional qualifications recognition procedure to the digital platform of the National Qualifications System in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and their protection, as well as the rules for the formation and maintenance of the digital platform of the National Qualifications System;

6) observe the procedure for reviewing applications for appeal on the recognition of professional qualifications;

7) to set the cost of professional qualifications recognition services;

8) to create the necessary conditions for persons with disabilities during the professional qualifications recognition procedure;

9) bear the responsibility established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of recognition of professional qualifications within the framework of the National Qualifications System.
