1. The staff of the diplomatic service, with his consent, may be temporarily sent to higher educational institutions, scientific institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan or other countries for professional training, scientific development of topical international problems.

2. Upon completion of professional training and scientific development of current international issues, the staff of the diplomatic service is included in the personnel reserve of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 7, 2002, No. 299.

This Law defines the legal basis, as well as the procedure for organizing the activities of the diplomatic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
