Article 17. Relations of the Government of the Republic with other state bodies financed from the republican budget of the Constitutional Law on the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The Government of the Republic, in accordance with the procedure established by law, resolves issues of financial and logistical support for the activities of other, including special, state bodies funded from the national budget.

Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 18, 1995 No. 2688.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the competence, organization and activities of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
