Article 17. Rights and obligations of influencers (bloggers) The Law on Online Platforms and Online Advertising

      1. An influencer (blogger) has the rights and duties set forth in Article 16 of this Law.

     2. An influencer (blogger) carries out his business activities on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     This Law regulates public relations related to online platforms operating in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as public relations arising in the process of production, placement, distribution and storage of online advertising in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
