1. The holder of the registration certificate has the right to require the certification center to revoke the registration certificate in cases where it involves a violation of the access regime to the private key of the electronic digital signature corresponding to the public key specified in the registration certificate.

2. The holder of the registration certificate must:

1) provide reliable information to the certifying center;

2) use the private key corresponding to the public key specified in the registration certificate;

3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/27/2012 No. 15-V (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication);

4) take measures to protect the private key of the electronic digital signature belonging to him from unauthorized access and use, as well as store and transfer the public key for verification of the electronic digital signature along with the electronic document.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 7, 2003 No. 370.

This Law is aimed at regulating relations arising from the creation and use of electronic documents certified by electronic digital signatures, providing for the establishment, modification or termination of legal relations, as well as the rights and obligations of participants in legal relations arising in the field of electronic document circulation, including civil law transactions.
