1. Biofuels may be transported by means of specially equipped and approved vehicles in accordance with the requirements for the transportation of dangerous goods and the rules of technical operation.

2. Documents related to the transportation of biofuels must comply with the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the transportation of dangerous goods for each type of transport.

3. Biofuel transportation should ensure the safety, quality and safety of biofuels.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 15, 2010 No. 351-IV.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of biofuel production and turnover.
