1. The specialized bodies of a self-regulatory organization are:

1) the body that monitors compliance by members (participants) of a self-regulating organization with the requirements of the rules and standards of the self-regulating organization;

2) the body for reviewing cases of violation by members (participants) of a self-regulating organization of the requirements of the rules and standards of the self-regulating organization, the conditions of membership (participation) in the self-regulating organization;

2-1) the body for the consideration of consumer disputes arising between members (participants) of a self-regulatory organization and consumers, and other persons in the field of consumer protection;

3) other specialized bodies of the self-regulating organization in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) the constituent documents of the self-regulating organization.

2. A specialized body of a self-regulating organization acts on the basis of regulations approved by the collegial governing body of the self-regulating organization and performs its functions independently.

3. The body for reviewing cases of violations by members (participants) of a self-regulating organization of the requirements of the rules and standards of the self-regulating organization, the conditions of membership (participation), based on the results of inspections conducted by the body overseeing compliance by members (participants) of the self-regulating organization with the requirements of the rules and standards, reviewing complaints about the actions of members (participants) of the self-regulating organization, shall send to The collegial governing body of a self-regulating organization makes recommendations on the application of measures of influence against its members (participants).

4. The body reviewing cases on the application of measures of influence against members (participants) of a self-regulating organization shall send recommendations on the application of measures of influence to the collegial governing body of the self-regulating organization.

This Law regulates public relations related to the self-regulation of business and professional entities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the conditions for the establishment and functioning of self-regulatory organizations, membership (participation) in them and their legal status.
