Article 17. Supervision of the observance of legality in the activities of military police bodies The Law on Military Police Agencies

     The supreme supervision over the observance of legality in the activities of military police bodies is carried out by the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan and military prosecutors subordinate to him.

 

This Law regulates public relations related to the activities of the military police.
