1. Measures to support volunteer activities may be carried out in the form of charitable assistance in the following forms::

1) logistical support;

2) property security;

3) other forms of support that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Financial support for volunteer activities may be provided at the expense of own or borrowed funds of individuals and (or) legal entities, as well as from other sources in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The State encourages volunteering by awarding volunteers with state awards in accordance with the procedure and on the terms stipulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Awards in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

4. The state provides support to volunteer organizations in the form of providing communal property for trust management without the right to subsequent redemption on preferential terms in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Property".

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2016 No. 42-VI SAM.

This Law establishes the legal basis, goals and objectives, principles, forms and types, as well as measures to support volunteer activities.
