Technical regulations establish safety requirements for machinery and equipment, conformity assessment procedures, forms and contents of technical documents, and a list of dangerous types of machinery subject to conformity assessment.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 305.

This Law regulates public relations in determining, establishing, applying and fulfilling requirements for machines and equipment, their life cycle processes, and establishes the legal basis for ensuring safety to ensure the protection of human life, health and the environment.
