1. Depositors have the right to:

1) receive, on demand, information about the activities of the endowment fund, its financial condition and the use of assets of the endowment fund (endowment capital);

2) to offer charitable programs of the endowment fund (endowment fund) that comply with this Law and the charter of the endowment fund;

3) participate in the activities of advisory and advisory bodies and (or) management bodies of the endowment fund, if this is provided for by the charter of the endowment fund;

4) participate in the management of the endowment fund in accordance with this Law, the constituent and internal documents of the endowment fund;

5) appeal against actions (inaction) or decisions of the management bodies of the endowment fund that violate their rights and legitimate interests, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

6) to demand the return of the endowment (endowment) in cases of expiration of the endowment agreement, disbandment of the endowment fund (endowment capital) and others provided for by the endowment agreement.

2. Depositors are required to:

1) comply with the charter of the endowment fund in case of participation in the activities of advisory and advisory bodies and (or) management bodies of the endowment fund;

2) transfer property to the endowment fund (target capital) in a timely and complete manner in accordance with the concluded target contribution agreements;

3) not to interfere with the activities and functioning of the endowment fund, not to use one's participation in the activities of the endowment fund for purposes contrary to its charter and the objectives of its establishment.

3. Depositors have other rights and obligations provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations that arise during the creation, management and liquidation of endowment funds, the formation, replenishment, and dissolution of endowment funds (endowment funds) and the use of their investment income, and the trust management of assets of endowment funds (endowment funds).
