Article 17. The rights and obligations of economic entities in the implementation of State monitoring of Property of the Law on State Monitoring of Property in Sectors of the Economy of Strategic Importance

     1. Economic entities that are the objects of monitoring, or which own or manage the property that is the object of monitoring, have the right to:

      1) to get acquainted with the preliminary and final conclusions of the reports and conclusions on the results of the survey of monitoring facilities;  

      2) submit written or oral explanations, comments and suggestions regarding monitoring facilities;  

      3) to appeal against the actions of the authorized body, independent experts and consultants in carrying out state monitoring of property in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

     2. The economic entities that are the objects of monitoring or which own or manage the property that is the object of monitoring are obliged to:

      1) provide the authorized body with the necessary information;  

     2) ensure that persons carrying out state monitoring of property have access to monitoring facilities and do not interfere with the actions of these persons.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 4, 2003 No. 490.

      This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of state monitoring of property in sectors of the economy of strategic importance, and also defines the grounds and conditions for its implementation.
