Licensees engaged in the organization and conduct of lotteries, within six months from the date of entry into force of this Law, are required to fully raffle the prize funds of the relevant lotteries, including super prizes, pay out winnings and refund money for lottery tickets sold, receipts or other documents, the prize pool of which was not held.
