Authorized body:

1) carries out state control over the activities of the registration authority;

2) develops and approves the requirements for the maintenance of the legal cadastre and the rules for access to the legal cadastre;

3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05/24/2018 No. 156-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

4) develops and approves rules for the provision of statistical and other reporting information in the field of state registration of rights to immovable property;

4-1) develops and approves the instructions for the state technical inspection of real estate;

4-2) develops and approves the form of the cadastral passport of the real estate object in coordination with the central authorized body for land management;

4-3) develops and approves, together with the central authorized body for land management, the procedure for maintaining and using the information system of the unified state cadastre of real estate;

5) exercise other powers stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 26, 2007 No. 310.

This Law defines the goals, objectives and legal framework in the field of state registration of rights to immovable property.
