Registration authority:

1) ensures compliance with the requirements for the maintenance of the legal cadastre and the rules of access to the legal cadastre;

2) provides the authorized body with statistical and other reporting information in the field of state registration of rights to immovable property in accordance with the rules;

3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 26, 2021 No. 412-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

4) ensures the accuracy of entering information into the legal cadastre;

5) performs other functions stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 26, 2007 No. 310.

This Law defines the goals, objectives and legal framework in the field of state registration of rights to immovable property.
