Article 18-3. State control over the activities of the registering authority in the field of state registration of rights to immovable property The Law on State Registration of Rights to Immovable Property

1. State control over the activities of the registering authority in the field of state registration of rights to immovable property is carried out by the authorized body and its territorial divisions in the form of an unscheduled inspection and preventive control with a visit to the subject (object) of control in accordance with the Business Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. State control is carried out to ensure that the activities of the registering authority in the field of state registration of rights to immovable property comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on:

1) state registration of rights to immovable property;

2) maintaining a legal cadastre.

3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 26, 2021 No. 412-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication). 3. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/06/2024 No. 71-VIII (effective sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 26, 2007 No. 310.

This Law defines the goals, objectives and legal framework in the field of state registration of rights to immovable property.
