The authorized body in the field of mass media within its competence:

1) implements the state youth policy;

2) carries out interaction and cooperation with youth organizations on mass media issues;

3) places a state order for the implementation of the state information policy on issues of state youth policy;

4) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 9, 2015 No. 285-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of state youth policy.
