Article 18. Control over the implementation of phytosanitary monitoring and phytosanitary measures of the Law on Plant Protection
1. Control over the conduct of phytosanitary monitoring and phytosanitary measures is carried out for the presence of harmful and especially dangerous harmful organisms at agricultural facilities, right-of-way and protected areas of highways, railways and other territories that are habitats of harmful and especially dangerous harmful organisms, as well as crop production.
2. Control over the conduct of phytosanitary monitoring and phytosanitary measures is carried out during the period of the optimal timing of the development and spread of harmful and especially dangerous harmful organisms with a frequency of no more than three times a year and a duration of no more than two days.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2002 No. 331.
This Law defines the legal, economic and organizational bases for carrying out activities in the field of plant protection from pests, weeds and plant diseases and is aimed at preserving crops, their quality and preventing harmful effects on human health and the environment when implementing phytosanitary measures in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
