1. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05/07/2007 No. 244.

2. Harm caused to the life and health of an employee includes the material expression of harm associated with his death or with the establishment of his degree of loss of professional ability to work, with the exception of harm related to temporary disability of the employee.

The amount of damage caused to the life and health of an employee is determined on the basis of documents submitted in accordance with this Law.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 7, 2005 No. 30.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of compulsory employee accident insurance and establishes the legal, economic and organizational basis for its implementation.
