1. The governing bodies of the National Chamber are:

1) the Congress is the supreme governing body;

2) the Presidium is the governing body;

3) the Management Board is the executive body;

4) the audit commission is a financial control body.

2. The governing bodies of the regional Chambers and branches of the regional Chambers are:

1) the regional council is a supervisory body;

2) Directorate – the executive body of the regional chamber;

3) the Director is the executive body of the branches of the regional chambers.

3. Other bodies may be established in the National Chamber and regional chambers in accordance with their charters.

4. Work in the supreme governing body and the governing body of the National Chamber is carried out free of charge.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2013 No. 129-V.

This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with the establishment and operation of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
