1. The procedure for the organization of harvesting, processing, storage and use of seeds of agricultural plants is determined by the authorized body.

2. The use of seeds that are the object of the exclusive rights of the patent holder is allowed in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 8, 2003 No. 385.

This Law defines the legal, economic and organizational bases for carrying out activities in the field of seed production and is aimed at regulating the organization and functioning of the seed production system and state control over the production, harvesting, processing, storage, transportation, sale and use of seeds of agricultural plants.
