Article 18. Introduction of amendments and (or) additions to the charter of an agricultural cooperative, adoption of the charter of an agricultural cooperative in a new version of the Law on Agricultural Cooperatives

Amendments and (or) additions to the charter of the agricultural cooperative, the adoption of the charter of the agricultural cooperative in a new edition are adopted by a qualified majority of votes at the general meeting of the cooperative members or by written consent (absentee voting) of the qualified majority of the cooperative members. The qualified majority is two thirds of the total number of members of the cooperative.
