Article 18. Invalidity of inspections conducted in gross violation of the requirements of this Law of the Law on Thermal Energy

Article 18. Invalidity of inspections conducted in gross violation of the requirements of this Law of the Law on Thermal Energy

     1. Inspections are considered invalid if they are conducted by a control body in gross violation of the requirements for the organization and conduct of inspections established by this Law.

     2. Gross violations of the requirements of this Law include:

     1) lack of grounds for conducting an audit;

     2) the absence of an act on the appointment of an inspection;

     3) non-compliance with the verification deadlines;

     4) violation of the frequency of the inspection;

     5) failure to submit to the subject (object) of control an act on the appointment of an inspection;

     6) appointment by the control bodies of inspections on issues outside their competence.

 

     This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of production, transportation, sale and consumption of thermal energy for municipal and industrial needs, as well as the high-quality functioning and development of heat supply systems and state regulation in the field of thermal energy.
