Violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of safety of machinery and equipment entails liability established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 305.

This Law regulates public relations in determining, establishing, applying and fulfilling requirements for machines and equipment, their life cycle processes, and establishes the legal basis for ensuring safety to ensure the protection of human life, health and the environment.
