1. The participation of depositors in the management of the endowment fund is realized through the inclusion of depositors or their representatives in the board of trustees and (or) advisory bodies of the endowment fund.

2. The participation of depositors or their representatives in the management of the endowment fund does not entail the transfer of ownership rights to the assets of the endowment fund (endowment capital) to them.

3. Depositors or their representatives are not entitled to receive remuneration for performing their functions in managing the endowment fund.

This Law regulates public relations that arise during the creation, management and liquidation of endowment funds, the formation, replenishment, and dissolution of endowment funds (endowment funds) and the use of their investment income, and the trust management of assets of endowment funds (endowment funds).
