1. The development of physical culture and sports at the place of residence and in places of mass recreation of the population includes:

1) creation of infrastructure for physical education and sports for individuals, including taking into account accessibility for low-mobility groups of the population;

2) organization of work of sports clubs and sections;

3) organization and holding of physical culture, recreation and sports events;

4) assistance to physical culture and sports organizations in allocating the necessary premises and providing sports facilities for physical culture and sports activities of the population in places of mass recreation;

5) ensuring proper technical condition of physical culture, recreation and sports facilities.

2. Sanatorium-resort organizations, boarding houses, rest homes, tourist bases and children's health camps create conditions for individual, group and family sports and recreation activities.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2014 No. 228-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of physical culture and sports, defines the legal, organizational, economic and social foundations for ensuring the activities and development of mass physical culture, amateur and professional sports in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
