1. Public services are provided by service providers.

2. The acceptance of applications for the provision of public services and the issuance of their results to the service recipient are carried out:

1) through service providers;

2) through a State corporation;

3) through partner organizations;

4) through the e-government web portal;

5) by means of a stationary subscriber device;

6) by means of a cellular subscriber device;

7) through informatization facilities designated by central government agencies.

This Law regulates public relations in the provision of public services.
