To pass the examination or examinations for the recognition of professional qualifications, the candidate must:

1) meet the age for performing labor functions, established based on the requirements for the profession, the specifics of production and working safety conditions in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) submit a complete set of documents required for the recognition of professional qualifications, in accordance with the rules for the recognition of professional qualifications;

3) comply with the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of occupational safety and health, fire and industrial safety, sanitary and hygienic standards when passing the procedure for the recognition of professional qualifications.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of recognition of professional qualifications within the framework of the National Qualifications System.
